Bringing Service Back To Support

We have fully implemented our electronic service desk to enable us to respond to your requests with more timeliness and relevance, improving the quality of the support you receive.

You will have full transparency on the progression of your service ticket with the ability to use the web portal to add comments and screenshots, read the comments from our service team, and review your ticket history.  Our service desk will email you as updates occur, and every email will include a link to your service ticket within the web portal.

In the long term, this electronic service desk will enable us to build a deep knowledge base and identify common trouble spots that will help us shape the future of the product and its features.  We are excited to take this step towards a more proactive approach to support, and we look forward to providing an enhanced level of customer care.

To access the support portal when logged into the application select the Gear icon on the right hand side of the main menu.  Selecting ‘Support Request’ from the options opens a new browser window for the support portal.
