Let’s setup Amazon to work with your CrossPostIt account! To start, you must have a Professional account, not an Individual account. You can determine which account you have by following this:

– To setup your Amazon account, in CrossPostIt go to Settings (gear icon) and click My Location, Click the Check box next to Amazon and then click Change Merchant ID.

– Now you’re on the Amazon Setup page. Click Setup Amazon. This will open Amazon where you can login or signup for an MWS account (Marketplace Web Service)

– Select the second option and enter the Application Name and Application’s Developer Account Number you see in CrossPostIt. After you click Next, there will be 2 checkboxes you need to check and then click Next.

– When you get to the Congratulations screen, copy the Merchant ID.

– Back in CrossPostIt, paste the Merchant ID into the Seller ID box below and click Update.

– If your Seller_ID is not yet a Professional account or all settings are not yet set in Amazon, you will see the below message. Be sure you are fully setup to sell on Amazon by making sure there are no errors when logging into Amazon Seller Central.
