To start, enabling holiday returns on CrossPostIt allows the Holiday Return settings to be pulled from your eBay account. Remember to take time to set up and/or review your Holiday Return settings on your eBay account.

To enable Holiday Returns inside of CrossPostIt, click on the gear in the upper right and select Settings.

Click on Listing Defaults.

At this point, your layout may look slightly different due to the resolution settings on your computer/monitor.

Scroll down until you see the eBay Returns section. From there, simply click the check box that says Extend Holiday Returns. The blue i button takes you to eBay’s return FAQ for further information.

Once enabled, log in to your eBay account and verify your settings for Holiday Returns.
