You now have the option to restrict employee access to CrossPostIt using the Employee Login Restrictions.
In order to restrict access, the person must be set as an Employee Class User. Managers and Corporate User are exempt.
To configure these settings click on the Settings button and then under General Settings choose User Accounts.
You can either Add a New User or Edit an existing one.
We’ll start with an existing user, click Edit to get started.
Click “Enable Employee Login Restrictions” to show the login restriction options.
You can set the restrictions to be all week M-F or select individual days and then set the time you want to restrict login access. The above example is set for a typical Monday through Friday work week. The employee will be able to log in at 8:00 AM until 5:30 PM. Before or after that time they will not be able to access CrossPostIt.
