Settings – Adding and Disabling Users

Active Users

A username is captial-letter sensitive. Therefore, if you give a username of John, john will not work when logging in. It is best to keep the usernames uniform and lowercase without spaces. Such as using jdoe or johndoe.

There are three levels of users, two if you only use a single location. Corporate, Manager and Employee. Employees do not have access to change passwords. The Manager or Corporate must do it for the employee.

  • Employee: Gives access to everything except Reports and Admin.
  • Manager: Gives access to everything within the single location.
  • Corporate: If the client has multiple locations, Corporate gives access to all locations and information.

Disabled Users

If you disable a user, they will no longer have access to your account without an active Manager or Corporate user reactivating their username.
